🚚 Food Truck Information

• Power Supply: All food trucks are responsible for bringing their own generators and necessary power equipment.

• Setup Window: Your designated arrival and setup time is between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.

• Operating Hours:

  • We encourage you to be open and ready to serve by 10:00 AM.

  • All food trucks must be operational by 10:30 AM.

  • The official market hours are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

  • You may continue service until 7:30 PM, after which you must begin your pack-up process.

🎪 Market Vendor Information

• Tents & Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tents and display equipment. We accommodate tent sizes from 10'x10' up to 10'x20'(must be chosen in application, extra charges may apply).

• Tent Weights (Mandatory): For safety, all tents must be securely weighted down from the moment of setup until takedown. Please use appropriate weights of approximately 25 lbs per leg to prevent lifting in case of wind.

❗ Important Notice for Tents Larger Than 10'x10'❗
If you plan to use a tent larger than the standard 10'x10' size, you must select it in the application. 

• Equipment Offloading (All vehicles must be unloaded by 9:30am): Please be prompt and move your vehicle to a parking lot immediately after your time is up.

• Operating Hours:

  • All vendors must be ready by 10:45 AM.

  • The official market hours are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

🅿️ Parking for All Participants

After unloading your vehicle, it must be moved from the quad to a designated parking area. You have two primary options:

• Option 1: Public Campus Parking  (THIS IS NOT ACW LOT) 
  Hourly parking is available in public lots across the Fort Garry campus. Please note that availability is limited and hourly rates apply.

• Option 2: Pre-Paid Day Pass (Recommended) Our team was able to secure an agreement with the University Parking team. For convenience, you can purchase a guaranteed all-day parking pass with re-entry. This pass is for the nearby ACW Lot. (Designated spots

This pass provides all-day parking in the ACW Lot Friday, September 18th in our designated spots  *MARKED BY PYLONS & SIGNS*

Fully Transferable: The physical pass is not tied to a specific vehicle. You can easily move it from one car to another, making it ideal for shift changes or carpooling.

How to Use Your Parking Pass: To begin, please visit the Info Booth for payment and to collect your physical parking pass. This pass must then be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle using the spot for the entire day.
